Sales managers had no dedicated tool for tracking team performance in a meaningful way. Reports existed, but they were static — pulling historical data without enabling the kind of real-time, side-by-side analysis that actually informs decisions. There was no leaderboard, no AI-assisted insight layer, and no easy way to share performance data across the team. Managers were left piecing together a picture of their team's progress from disconnected sources, slowing down the feedback loops that drive sales performance.
OUTCOME
The result was an AI-driven performance platform that gave sales managers and their teams a single, interactive view of progress — past and present. Side-by-side comparisons, bookmarking, and sharing features turned individual data points into team conversations. The research-backed design process also produced something less tangible but equally valuable: a tool that users responded to positively from the prototype stage, meaning adoption friction was low before the product even shipped.
